“I love these members, they get up and say, ‘Read the bill,’” said Conyers. If your brain has not yet turned into mush and run out of your ears, please follow along.
“What good is reading the bill if it’s a thousand pages and you don’t have two days and two lawyers to find out what it means after you read the bill?”
The head of the committee within the house of representatives which has jurisdiction over Constitutional amendments, criminal law enforcement, Bankruptcy, mutiny, espionage, and counterfeiting and Immigration policy has stated in front of a room full of reporters that he scoffs at the idea of reading new legislation and that to effectively do so would require 'two days' and 'two lawyers' to determine what the new legislation says... Excuse me, but just WTF does Conyers think his job is?!? Don't you think that if your job required that you understood how to read legal documents, that you might obtain just a basic knowledge of the law, or at the very minimum have on retainer a lawyer to help you decipher what it is that you are going to vote on?!
If you employed a salesman at your place of business who said the following:
"I love these salesmen who say 'make sales calls.' What good is it if takes forever and you don't have the patience or a sales coach holding your hand and the customer doesn't buy the product in the end?"How long would that salesman continue to have a job?
ATTENTION MICHIGAN: DO THE RIGHT THING, DITCH THE SCUMBAG!

1 People Have Had Their Say:
Conyers is a moron, but for once he spoke an almost truth, in that his ilk in Congress don't care what they're voting on. If their leadership say "vote YES", then understanding why is an exercise in futility. Da massa dun spoke, and dat dat.
This again points out why we need three purging votes (2010, 2012, 2014) to throw out the entrenched 'massas' and while we're at it, fire the messiah and his 30 czars.
The media doesn't talk about the marxism being slipped into our system because they stupidly believe this is the way it should be. Long as they carry the party water, they can say whatever they want..(within the confines of the party water). Useful idiots.
