Reuters is reporting that at least 9 states are prepared to file suit alleging that Obamacare is an infringement upon states rights:
"On behalf of the State of Florida and of the Attorneys General from South Carolina, Nebraska, Texas, Utah, Pennsylvania, Washington, North Dakota, South Dakota and Alabama if the President signs this bill into law, we will file a lawsuit to protect the rights and the interests of American citizens."I can't see that this is going to hurt, but it's a long shot. It's also a long shot for Republicans to overturn and/or repeal the effects of the bill in November. The Republicans will have to have a 2/3rds majority to overturn any veto by the President. Even the most generous predictions at this point do not have the Republicans picking up that many seats.
