Since it's rather late at night/early in the morning, and I can hear my pillow calling out to me, I am asking each of you to take a 'fact' out of this video and write a response in the comments. I was able to find several inaccuracies within the video and am interested to find out if you'll come up with the same and provide me with some I missed.

I did not hear any factual anything and I watched it twice. This is one guy's general opinions on opinions.
CL, I'll be honest. I could only make it through about the 3 1/2 minute mark before shutting the video down.
One thing I heard that he "may" have been right about (and this is "iffy"), is that some on the right did not thoroughly scrutinize The Patriot Act. Of course, the way that the smartest leftie on the planet presented it was like every right-winger bought it "hook, line, and sinker" as a fabulous idea. Which is totally false.
I don't blame you Andy. I would rather have stuck my hand in a blender than watch this idiot go on for another 6 minutes. There were several people on the right who were very leery of the expansion of government power under Boosh, including Glenn Beck for one. I have to admit that I was not politically active at the time Boosh signed the Patriot Act into law so I can't say I was for it or agin it. I can tell you now, as a libertarian, I am against any expansion of government which falls outside of it's only obligation to the people, defense. Ergo, most of the Patriot Act was and still is wrong. However, lefties cannot bitch about it because their president had the opportunity to end it, and did not.
